We respect the privacy of our members.
North Shore Fish and Game Club does not publicly publish personal contact information such as home addresses, personal telephone numbers, or personal email addresses without consent.
Under British Columbia law, the Society maintains a membership register for governance purposes. Access to limited membership information may be provided to members for legitimate Society-related purposes permitted by law, such as Society elections, meetings, or member communications. The Society does not permit membership information to be used for commercial, political, or unrelated solicitation purposes.

Membership Register and Member Access

Requests for access to membership information must:

- identify the purpose of the request; and

Membership Application Acknowledgement
By applying for or renewing membership in [Society Name], you acknowledge that the Society collects and uses personal information for legitimate Society purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable British Columbia law.
You further acknowledge that:
